  Hard to understand why with the 5 employees I counted, not a single one of them were able to help me, (or the other guy waiting) at the front counter for more than 7 minutes.
  The woman who apparently should have been taking my order seemed pretty enthralled with the conversation she was having with the gentleman at the drive through.. probably why she didn't notice the intoxicated guy in the dining room smoking a cigarette.

  Went to the drive thru at 6pm on a Sunday. As we are driving by the door on our way to the to drive thru, we see a few guys out front smoking. Pull up to the speaker..... no one comes. We waited about five minutes, then pull to the window. There's no one there. We decided to go somewhere else. As we are pulling around we look in to see the guys out smoking by the front door (not the dock) were actually the employees. They left the restaurant unstaffed. It honestly looked like they were the only ones there. A manager MIGHT have been in the back office.... but either way, no one helped us for at least 7 min. They finally came in as we were pulling out.... a little too late.
  I'm all for breaks, but not when it means leaving no one there to work (at 6pm especially)....and definitely not smoking by the front door.

  Service sucks Almost Everytime. I Hate McDonalds though as far as food. Get stuck dealing with this place to much..
